1.2 You shall abide by the Terms and use the services provided by Us legally and reasonably. Otherwise, we reserve the right to immediately delete, suspend, or otherwise terminate your account

Definitions

The software provides registered users with online questionnaire preparation, release, data storage, reports and other services as well as other services that may be included in the scope of online questionnaire system.

Fees

1. At present, we provide users with free basic questionnaire function service.

2. We reserve the right to charge users for all or part of the Service. The specific tariff policy will be subject to the content released at that time. If you do not agree to pay the service fee according to the charging standard set by us, you may cancel the Service voluntarily.

Based on the services provided by the Software, you acknowledge and agree that：

2.1 The registration information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid, and should be updated in time if there is any change in the registration information.

2.2 You shall register true, accurate and complete information, and must revise the same to keep such information up-to-date at all times. You shall not use the name of others to publish any information. If the registration information provided by you is not legal, true, accurate or detailed, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and we reserve the right to terminate your use of the services of the Software.

2.3 You shall properly keep your account number, password and other relevant information. If your account number and password are illegally used by others for your own reasons, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom. Your reasons include but are not limited to: disclosing your account and password and all registration information to a third party; Multiple people share the same account, etc.

When you use the software service, the services involving the built-in functions of your device will be approved by you in advance. Once you confirm, we have the right to enable auxiliary functions necessary for providing services, including but not limited to collecting geographical location, using camera, enabling recording function and so on. 。

· According to the actual situation, we have the right to determine the maximum storage period of a single user's data in the software and services and the storage period of user logs by ourselves within the scope of the law, and allocate the maximum data storage space on the server.

4.1 You shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and agree to take full responsibility for any actions and results of using this Service by using your login account in any way. If your actions violate national law, you will be held fully liable by law. If suspected of constituting a crime, the judiciary will hold you criminally liable and the Software will cooperate strictly with the obligations stipulated by law and the requirements of the judiciary. At the same time, if we have reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your statements or other acts that violate or may violate national laws and regulations, the Software may terminate the provision of services to you at any time without prior notice.

4.2 While using the Service, you consent to refrain from any of prohibited activities， including but not limited to:

· Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

· Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

· Harming the honor and interests of the State;

· To undermine state religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions; spread rumors, disrupt social order, break social stability;

· Sabotaging the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

· Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

· Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;

· Insulting or defaming others or infringing upon the lawful rights of others;

· Include content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasions of privacy, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable;

· Other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, (departmental) rules and any legally effective norms.

4.3 You shall not modify or falsify the instructions and data in the operation of the software, add, delete or change the function or operation effect of the software, or operate or disseminate the software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, no matter whether these actions are for commercial purposes or not.

4.4 If we find or receive reports from others that the information posted by you violates the foregoing or other provisions hereof, we have the right to make independent judgment and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the link. At the same time, depending on the nature of the user's behavior, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to suspension or termination of the service, legal liability and other measures.

5.1 The contents posted by users in the Software only express their personal positions and opinions, and do not represent the positions or opinions of the Software. As the publisher of the content, it shall be responsible for the content by itself, and all disputes arising from the content shall be borne by the publisher of the content in full legal and joint liability. The software does not undertake any legal and joint liability.

5.2 The software does not guarantee that the network service can meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.

5.3 The software needs to overhaul or maintain the platform providing network services or related equipment regularly or irregularly. If the network services (including paid network services) are interrupted due to such circumstances, we do not need to bear any responsibility for this. The Software reserves the right to suspend any part of the Service for maintenance, upgrading or other purposes without prior notice.

5.4 We shall not be liable for all losses suffered by users due to third party causes, including but not limited to communication line failure, technical problems, network, terminal failure, system instability and other force majeure.

5.5 We do not assume any responsibility for network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or causes beyond the control of the software, but we will try our best to reduce the loss and impact caused to users.

5.6 You expressly agree that the risk of using the Software and Service will be borne by you.

We will do everything possible to take appropriate technical measures to ensure that the Agreement collected and your relationship with the Software are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute between you and the Software concerning the Service, the Agreement or other related matters shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the actual operator of the Software is located for settlement through litigation.
